PEMBROKE PINES, Fl., -- February
6, 2003—CEO’s Marc A. Salerno and Christopher
Malter announced today that SBS and IMC have established a
strategic alliance, sharing resources and expertise to enhance
both organization’s growing client base. Both Salerno
and Malter have worked together over the past several years,
jointly serving clients in the IT Network Infrastructure and
